Payment is expected at the time of purchase through PayPal. You may send a money order, however production of your item will not begin until the money order is received. If you change your mind about an item, you must notify Amelie Jo within 1 hour of the initial transaction. I must comply and collect tax if you live in the Great State of Michigan.

As with most handmade, online businesses its not productive or feasible to offer returns/exchanges on any of our products. A lot of care goes into the designing, construction, packaging, wrapping and shipping of your piece. Amelie Jo will provide tracking numbers for all packages and is not responsible for the package once it leaves my gorgeous hands.
